Our Norfolk office is centrally located in the Ghent neighborhood, halfway between Downtown Norfolk and the Naval Base. Our agents serve all areas of Hampton Roads, but keenly know the 'ins-and-outs' of Norfolk. Each neighborhood area has a distinct personality. Norfolk is a vital and exciting city with mixtures of old and new – classic architecture, great shopping, and some of the region's best restaurants. Our Rose & Womble Norfolk agents love introducing new people to the secret finds and treasures that make up this vibrant city.

And, while our office feels like a coffee house, these agents are all business when it comes to real estate – and they know Norfolk and beyond. Bill Rountree, Managing Broker is well established in the Norfolk real estate market and understands that from military members to corporate giants, everyone and anyone can call Norfolk their hometown.
